One clean path from quote to paid.
StageBox’s quote builder on sample data: live inventory, rate tables, crew and trucking costs, a margin check, a client review link, then the project and its invoices.
Try this
- 1Fix the shortages: swap to an alternative or subrent from a partner.
- 2Change a schedule day to Dark and watch the rate table reprice the run.
- 3Send it, open the client’s review link, approve it, then take both invoices to paid.
Sample data only. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you enter is sent or stored anywhere else. Use “Reset demo” to start over.

On the call we work out whether a system like this fits your company.
The problem
Quotes are rebuilt from old jobs, priced differently by each person, and sent without knowing if the gear is free. Crew, trucking and margin get guessed at the end.
What’s happening
- 01Every line is checked against hard holds on the same dates; another job’s soft hold shows as a warning, not a shortage.
- 02Billing days come from the schedule, and a rate table prices the whole run: four billable days cost 1.8× the day rate, not 4×.
- 03Crew is costed at bill and pay rates with overtime after 10 hours, and trucks bill flat plus mileage with a fuel surcharge.
- 04Quote Health blocks sending while gear is short or a discount is over your approval limit, and warns when margin is under target.
- 05Sending freezes pricing and places soft holds. The client reviews, picks optional add-ons and signs online; acceptance creates the project, sends the deposit invoice and turns holds hard once it’s paid.
What changes
The same path for every job, from quote to final payment, run by anyone on the team.
