A CRM built for how your shows book.

A working copy of StageBox, the production system these demos come from: a call list ordered by what’s due, a call queue, and a lead record that shows what’s blocking the quote. Built around your company, not a generic sales pipeline.

Try this

  1. 1Press Start calls and work the queue: log each call and set its next follow-up.
  2. 2Open a lead, approve the follow-up the assistant drafted, and fill in qualification.
  3. 3Convert the lead to a quote, then keep going in the quote demo.

Sample data only. Everything runs in your browser — nothing you enter is sent or stored anywhere else. Use “Reset demo” to start over.

The problem

Off-the-shelf CRMs track deals that end in won or lost. Production companies sell shows: dates, venues, gear, crew and holds. Reps end up working from a spreadsheet beside the CRM, and nobody can see who should be called today.

What’s happening

  1. 01Leads are grouped by their next step (overdue, today, this week, later, none), so the list is already in calling order.
  2. 02The call queue works through those leads one at a time, and each call must leave a next follow-up, so no lead drops off the list.
  3. 03Qualification is budget, authority, need and timeline plus one check a production company can’t skip: can we deliver it on that date, in that venue, with our gear and crew. Each is an answer, never a score.
  4. 04The record puts the next step, pinned notes and an assistant draft that a person approves in one Focus card, above the full history.
  5. 05Converting runs a readiness check (contact, bill-to, date, venue, qualification), then the same record becomes a quote. Nothing is re-typed.
  6. 06Built as custom software for your company: your statuses, your rules, your approval limits, connected to the accounting and rental software you keep.

What changes
